Yesterday, the Holy Father imparted the papal Urbi et Orbi blessing to the city of Rome and to the world. It was an extraordinary event. The Holy Father's message to the church and to the world was also extraordinary. I'm attaching the link to the Vatican News Services below where you can read the full text of his address. It merits our prayerful reflection during this time.
Mass will be live-streamed on Facebook tomorrow at 11:00AM from the Catholic Center chapel. You can find us on Facebook at "St.Peter the Apostle University and Community Parish". The Mass will also be posted on our webpage, stpeternewbrunswick.org, immediately following the live-stream broadcast for later viewing. Please remember to enter into the Mass as if you were in church. Try to minimize distractions in your home, follow the Mass with a missal or worship aid if you have one, and make an act of spiritual communion at Holy Communion. Lastly, please remember to support the parish according to your means through online giving, Venmo, or by mailing in your envelopes every week. These are difficult times, and the parish relies on you to provide the resources we need to serve our mission. Thank you.
